We express ship via Australia Post Monday - Friday for all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Signature on delivery is available $12.95
International Post will be sent via DHL Monday - Friday for all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
All duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.
All orders are tracked and you will receive your tracking information when the order has been fulfilled.
Australia Post Express — $10 Flat rate
International DHL — $50 Flat rate
all taxes and duties are payable by the customer, we recommend checking with local authorities prior to placing your order.

Whilst all care is taken, milc homewares takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If your package does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact your postal service before contacting us, we will need a claim number from you to pursue the missing package from our end. We thank you for your patience.
Purchasing from our online store, indicates that you understand and agree to the risk of purchasing online which can include the risks of orders not arriving by the estimated delivery times, or the unusual circumstances of an order being misplaced during the delivery process. Signature on delivery is available as a shipping option. We will take all steps possible to assist with missing deliveries, however we do not refund or credit for orders if they have been addressed correctly, as per on your order and go missing in the delivery process. Please contact us if you would like include insurance for the cost of your order. This may incur a further cost, but peace of mind that you will be financially reimbursed once an inquiry has been completed with the carrier company. If the phone number you provide is not valid, or not connected your order will cancelled. All import duties and taxes are at the customers expense. By purchasing from our website you are agreeing to the above conditions. If you decline your package at customs it will be returned to us and the postage will be at the expense of you,the customer .
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refunds are available for full priced items, excluding all 'change of mind' sale items, intimates, swimwear, earrings, sunglasses, books, scents and body products which are non refundable and cannot be exchanged if you change your mind. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Any returns received thereafter or without a returns number will be declined.
A RETURNS NUMBER will need to be requested before sending your item back. You can request this number via email email@example.com or calling 08 97591186 after 9.30am 7days a week. Items returned without an RA NUMBER will not be processed.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and must not have been worn or altered. We will credit your original method of payment within 10 working days of return of your item, minus the original shipping charge.
All sale items, intimates, swimwear, earrings and sunglasses are non refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty, at which point we will meet our legal obligations. By purchasing on our website it is understood that you are aware of these conditions.
The cost of ALL return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. It is advisable to return items using a traceable service as Milc Homewares takes no responsibilty for lost or misplaced items. If you are returning an online order that received FREE shipping a deduction of $10 will be made from your refund amount, this being the original shipping cost.
If you have received an item that is faulty please contact the store email or call us to begin the returns process. We may request photos of the faulty item. Once the process has begun, we require the item back in store within 7 days of the return request.
Once an RA NUMBER has been issued, all return items should be returned to the below address, which is also printed on the thank you card enclosed with your item/s. The RA NUMBER, must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
